Payment was made in full Photographer did not pitch up Replacement pitched up late without props Very few photos were printed. Those printed did not have the frames agreed upon The owner/incorporator promised to deliver all photos taken to my workplace. Did not materialised. No refund/partial refund offer nor any attempt at amends. Big disappointment due to a service we paid for and expected on our wedding day.
