Email Adoring Dress
I ordered a dress that was about ankle length on the picture, but when i received the dress it was as short as a tutu. The staff is frustratingly unhelpful, rude, and all they can tell me is that i supposedly gave the wrong measurements. They could not even go so far as to recommend a tailor that could help sort this problem out. They absolutely refuse to assist. I just paid +- R5000 for nothing...

Bought a dress which arrived on time, inspected the dress and found faults that would cost a lot of money to repair, took photos and reported this to them as per the return policy, Adoring dress have used every excuse in the book not to take the dress back, they advertise dresses to be made by professional tailors which is not true as the faults in the dress. Will not recommend anyone to buy form them. They should shut down the website due to false advertising.
