Yellow Lemon photobooths are completely unprofessional.
On the day of the booking, they were firstly not prepared with the correct length extension as discussed with Natasha. The power at the plug didnt seem to work, so after an hour into the expected photo session not a single picture was taken.
The Photobooth was then meant to be on a break for an hour and continue. This was another issue as Natasha noted that an outdoor setting was acceptable. I noted the times that we required the photobooth but there were not equipped with a flash to take pictures past sunset so this could only happen if they moved the booth. This suggestion was also made only at this late stage.
After having to look after the team like a set of babies as they sat on the grass smoking, while we tried to get power to work, I requested them to leave and was extremely upset. they have now refused a refund and claim that all of this was out of their control.
The company show no initiative for the special occasion that you have planned. and would recommend that anyone planning on using to not risk having the event ruined by hiring them.
