Welcome to Savannah Game and River Retreat Wedding & Conference Venue. We are situated in the Free State just outside Parys – nestled in the Vredefort Dome World Heritage Site, only an hour’s drive from Johannesburg. Savannah is a true bushveld, private weekend getaway, wedding experience on the Vaal river. We are home to 25 different mammal species which include buffalo, giraffe and zebra. Our photo opportunities are endless with grass planes, vibrant sunsets, mountains, wild animals, Sotho ruins and 8km’s of Vaal river to name but a few.
