I am a qualified hair and make-up artist. I studied with Make-Up The College in 2012, specializing in beauty, special effects and hair styling. I have worked for Mac Cosmetics - Gateway for four and a half years. I have worked on counter at Tom Ford, specializing as an instore make-up/skincare artist and dabbling in fragrances. I was fortunate enough to have lectured hair at Face to Face college Durban North in 2018. I finally decided to go on my own and open my own studio, in Hillcrest _ Michelle Kirsten Studio. I am a freelance artist, which means that I am mobile and have the studio. I do hair and make-up for special events, weddings, matric dances, special effects. I offer one-on-one lessons, which can be done via zoom or in the person. I also offer make-up parties, which is ideal for a ladies brunch or get together.
