Casa Cara Lodge is a beautiful and very romantic, wedding and function venue. The venue offers an outside wooden deck built over a huge dam and is thus surrounded by water. The deck is split into two unique sections. The one is an open wooden jetty which features a giant swing right at the end, perfect for romantic wedding photos. The other is a large roofed deck that can be closed off with canvas walls in case of inclement weather. There is also a covered function hall symbolically built in the shape of a cross. The function hall is walled completely with glass sliding and stacking doors that open onto the garden. Drinks can be served from various stations inside and out. Both venues have awesome views over the dam, veldt, and mountains in the background
