Hey! I’m Andrea.

I'm a young, and introverted photographer based in Johannesburg, South Africa. I'm a bad dancer, hot chocolate drinker, cat-lady and longtime Taylor Swift fan. If I’m not shooting couples or weddings, you can find me at my desk with either of my cats sleeping by my side, whilst I edit or spend my time looking after my plants, doing embroidery, or playing pc games with my husband, Rich.

The reason behind why I am a wedding photographer is all about capturing the magic, beauty and uniqueness of each wedding day in a way that is natural and honest. When capturing you, my aim is to be non-intrusive and observant, to capture photographs that tell the story of your day in the truest way possible - I want your wedding day to not feel like a photoshoot, and for it to be focussed on celebrating you, your love, and your people (and fur babies too!).

The combination of my friendly, bubbly, and calm personality and polite and reserved nature create a relaxed environment in which you can simultaneously be comfortable with having your photos taken and have an enjoyable time. To me, photography has never been about getting people to pose in a way that's aesthetically pleasing, but rather about capturing candid moments of beauty and joy.
